  • 2 Cups of fresh or frozen Organic corn (If frozen: thaw corn to room temperature before blending)
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 3/4 Cup Nut Milk (For best results use Unsweetened)
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt


  1. Pour Nut Milk, Salt, Cashews and 1 Cup of Corn into blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth. Note: The longer you blend the soup, the warmer it will get while mixing.
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl, mix in the other 1 Cup of corn.
  4. Top with Fresh Ground Black Pepper and/or Paprika for a visual and tasty delight.


Not Raw, Vegan, or Vegetarian??

Try mixing in some of your favorite seasoned baked chicken or blend of cheeses for added pleasure. i.e. Goat cheese will add a delightful creaminess to this recipe.
