- Pour Nut Milk, Salt, Cashews and 1 Cup of Corn into blender.
- Blend Until Smooth. Note: The longer you blend the soup, the warmer it will get while mixing.
- Pour mixture into a bowl, mix in the other 1 Cup of corn.
- Top with Fresh Ground Black Pepper and/or Paprika for a visual and tasty delight.
